Privacy & data handling

The short version

• The Estimate Follow-Up Manager demo stores everything only in your web browser. Process Patch never receives it.
• The contact form sends us only what you type into it, so we can reply to you.
• We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't sell personal information.
• The tool never emails your customers. It writes drafts that you choose to send yourself.

Estimate Follow-Up Manager (demo and first version)

When you import a CSV file or edit estimates, the data is processed inside your browser and saved in your browser's local storage on that device. It is not uploaded to Process Patch or any other server.

What this means for you:

• It's device- and browser-specific. Data saved in Chrome on your laptop will not appear on your phone, in another browser, or for anyone else on your team.
• It can disappear. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or some browser cleanup tools will erase it. Use Export CSV regularly to keep a copy.
• It isn't encrypted or backed up by us. Anyone who can use your browser profile can see it.
• It is not appropriate for sensitive production customer records. Please use sample or non-sensitive data. Don't import payment details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

You can delete all saved demo data at any time from the demo's Settings tab.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and any optional business name, phone number, and message you provide. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss services you asked about.

Submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and stored in our Cloudflare account and/or forwarded to our private business notification inbox or channel. We keep inquiries only as long as needed to follow up with you and for ordinary business records. To ask us to delete your inquiry, send a request through the contact form.

Please don't put your customers' personal information in the contact form.

Hosting and security

This website is served over HTTPS by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Changes

If we add features that store data on our servers (for example, shared team access or backups), we will update this page before launching them and explain what is stored, where, and for how long.
